PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable column easy to manufacture a member and simple to adjust a column capacity by solving the problem that screw processing or the like for connecting a system at an end having an outlet of a solution flow is necessary in a conventional disposable column even in an injector type simplified column and a structure must be still complicated. SOLUTION: This disposable column for liquid chromatography is composed of an injector type cylindrical container which is opened at one end thereof, has a solution outflow port at the other end thereof and constituted so as to support a filler for liquid chromatography in an internal space by mounting filters on both internal ends, and of a holder for fixing the filter in the injector type cylindrical container and the state of the filler for the liquid chromatography.
