PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rainwater using facilities for first-aid fire-fighting water by using rainwater in the district, which can be used for a multiple of purposes and which has both a facility for using rainwater as water for first-aid fire-fighting use and a facility for using rainwater as water for miscellaneous domestic use, wherein the quantity and quality of the water for fire fighting are maintained, the rainwater stored can be effectively used and sprinkling water and discharge of waste water can be suppressed for the purpose of preventing global warming. SOLUTION: The rainwater using facilities comprises a catch basin 6' having an inlet for rainwater and at least two upper and lower outlet ports which are disposed at vertically spaced positions with a difference in height, a fire fighting water duct 31 guiding high pressure water to a hydrant 30 by connecting a catch basin 6 receiving rainwater overflowing from the catch basin 6' and guiding the rainwater to a rainwater settling tank 2 with a miscellaneous use water treatment equipment pipe 33' and connecting the catch basin 6 with a rainwater reservoir tank 1 via a joint catch basin 8 and a rainwater outflow pipe 333 and a supplement rainwater pipe 38 for supplying supply water from the rainwater reservoir tank 1 to a miscellaneous use water supply tank 3. Rainwater can be taken in or drained on the basis of the quality of initial rainwater and rainfall. Rainwater can be discharged into a city sewage pipe 35 via a permeable layer 4 and a permeation water pipe via a lower rainwater outflow pipe 33a bypassing the rainwater reservoir tank 1.
