<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine and functional food effective for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-osteoporosis agent is provided by using fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) as an active ingredient, The fenugreek is an annual plant of Leguminosae, cultured as a herb from ancient days in near east, africa and india and used as a food or medicine.
