PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent authenticating system, allowing an agent to log in a computer system for accessing information inside a computer system, while ensuring high security. SOLUTION: A second user, who is allowed to access data stored in the computer system managed by a first user, serves as an agent, and a facial image of the agent is registered in a data storage part 30. In logging in the computer system by the agent, a facial image of a person requesting log-in is captured by a camera 4, and agent authentication is carried out by comparing the captured facial image with the facial image registered as that of the agent. In occurrence of data access by the agent logging in through the agent authentication, the facial image of the agent is captured to be stored as an agent access history.
