PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle for regenerating a filthy material, with which the filthy material can be recycled by dehydrating and then carbonizing it at a filthy material-generated site. SOLUTION: A centrifugal dehydrating unit 33 for dehydrating the filthy material and a carbonizing unit 34 for producing a carbonized product from the filthy material dehydrated by the centrifugal dehydrating unit 33 are loaded on this vehicle for regenerating the filthy material.
