<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a motor driving device which is excellent in speed stability in the state of the quick increase of positional estimation errors of a rotor and capable of rotating at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage saturation factor and a voltage saturation setting value are compared without changing a voltage saturation factor setting value for comparing with a voltage saturation factor as the degree of the voltage saturation of a voltage command value to be impressed to a motor. Only when the voltage saturation factor is above the voltage saturation factor setting, a gain setting value of proportional integral calculation is switched which decides a command current from each phase current of the detected three-phase motor and a target current generating torque required for reaching the target rotational frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
