PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device capable of photographing a find in a short working time by easily placing the six faces of the find opposite to the center of an optical system for a camera with a little work, even in the case of photographing the find such as stone tool whose shape is irregular and difficult to be placed on a photographing table at an optional angle. SOLUTION: The photographing device is provided with the photographing table 3 for holding an object to be photographed, a digital camera 7 for photographing the object to be photographed held on the photographing table 3 and a personal computer for processing image data photographed by the camera 7, and the photographing table 3 is provided with an object-to-be-photographed holding means 40 for holding the object to be photographed, a horizontal rotating means 11 capable of rotating the means 40 around a vertical axis orthogonal to the optical axis of the camera and a vertical rotating means 20 capable of rotating the means 40 around a horizontal axis orthogonal to the optical axis of the camera.
