PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnification observation device and the like capable of displaying a plurality of three-dimensional data on the same screen to allow easily comparison by view point change or the like. SOLUTION: This magnification observation device comprises an imaging part for imaging an observation object, a control part for generating a three-dimensional observation image on the basis of a signal acquired by the imaging part, and a display part for displaying the three-dimensional observation image generated in the control part. The magnification observation device is provided with a display control part for dividing one screen in the display part into a plurality of display areas to display the individual observation objects respectively in the respective display areas, and for changing at least one of the observation view point and a magnification/contraction rate to be displayed, in the observation object displayed respectively in the plurality of display areas. The display control part allows switching between a display mode for changing independently at least one of the observation view point and the magnification/contraction rate and a synchronization-changing display mode, as to the observation object displayed respectively in the plurality of display areas.
