PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out urine as a specimen from a dispensation container to a Spitz tube accurately and surely in spite of a low cost, concerning a urine collection device. SOLUTION: A urine collection cup storing the whole urine of a patient is introduced into a urine collection chamber for each patient, and the whole quantity of the urine in the urine collection cup is introduced into a urine accumulation tank. The urine in the urine accumulation tank is metered by a gravimeter, and the specific gravity is measured by a specific gravity meter, and the urine volume is calculated by the weight value and the specific gravity value, and the urine of a volume of a dispensation rate portion is introduced into a dispensation vessel 24 for each patient A-D. After dispensation of a prescribed number of times, the urine as the specimen is taken out from the dispensation vessel 24 for the patient by a pipette 56, and the specimen is injected into the Spitz tube 54 of the patient by rotation of a rotation arm 68 by a geared motor 66.
