PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation mount assembly capable of favorably materializing a cylindrical bracket made of light weight material such as aluminum alloy enabling to accurately position a second attachment member in relation to the cylindrical bracket in a direction perpendicular to an axis while adopting a structure fitting the second attachment member of the mount main body into the cylindrical bracket with clearance. SOLUTION: In this vibration isolation mount assembly, the second attachment member 16 is fitted in the cylindrical bracket 20 with clearance and fitting rubber 42 under a compressed condition is put in the clearance, the second attachment member 16 and the cylindrical bracket 20 are relatively positioned in the direction perpendicular to the axis.
