PURPOSE: A lightweight concrete panel with embedded wiring equipment, a runner member for installing the same, and a wall installation structure using the same are provided to prevent waste, scattering dust, and noise. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight concrete panel with embedded wiring equipment comprises a concrete panel(1), an electric equipment box(10), a wiring pipe(20), and a concave part(40). The electric equipment box and the wiring pipe are embedded in the concrete panel. The inlet of the electric equipment box is located at the outer surface of the concrete panel. The concave part is formed in the inner bottom side of the concrete panel. One end of the wiring pipe is exposed to the concave part.
