PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope capable of changing the necessity/nonnecessity of a bend portion, the length dimension of an insertion part and the like according to the intended use purposes and situations and having a superior usability. SOLUTION: The insertion part 2 of this endoscope 3 comprises a tip hard portion 2a, the bend portion 2b detachably connected to the tip hard portion 2a via a first attaching/detaching mechanism 91, and a flexible tube portion 2c detachably connected to the bend portion 2b via a second attaching/detaching mechanism 92. The first attaching/detaching mechanism 91 is provided with a first one side attaching/detaching portion 92A and a first other side attaching/detaching portion 91B; and the second attaching/detaching mechanism 92 is provided with a second one side attaching/detaching portion 92A and a second other side attaching/detaching portion 92B. The first one side attaching/detaching portion 91A of the first attaching/detaching mechanism 91 is constituted in the proximal end side of the tip hard portion 2a and the first other side attaching/detaching portion 91G is constituted in the tip side of the bend portion 2b. The second one side attaching/detaching portion 92A of the second attaching/detaching mechanism 92 is constituted in the proximal end side of the bend portion 2b and the second other side attaching/detaching portion 92B is constituted in the tip side of the flexible tube portion 2c.
