<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container made of a polyester resin and having excellent weather and extraction resistances and coloring properties. <P>SOLUTION: This polyester container is obtained by adding 0.01-10 pts. wt. of a benzotriazole ultraviolet light absorber represented by formula (I) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>denote each independently hydrogen atom, chlorine atom or a 1-4C alkyl group; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>denote each independently hydrogen atom or a 1-18C alkyl group; and R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>denote each independently hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group) to 100 pts. wt. of a polyethylene terephthalate resin produced by using a germanium compound as a polycondensation catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
