PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device applicable for movement or vibration of an object to be fixed or a fixing table while keeping a clamping state. SOLUTION: The lamping device 30 includes a clamping means 31 for clamping the object to the fixing table 29, and an unclamping means 32 for releasing the clamping of the object by the clamping means 31.
