<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal for video-recording an image while keeping speech quality and making a speech while maintaining video recording quality. <P>SOLUTION: A speech is started after halving a rate of recorded frames from 24 f/s to 12 f/s in response to a long depression operation of an off-hook switch at the arrival of a call during video recording, the frame rate is decreased when preferentiality of the speech quality is desired during a speech, and the frame rate is increased when preferentiality of the video recording quality is desired through the settings, and when the speech is terminated by an on-hook operation, since the video recording frame rate is returned from 12 f/s to 24 f/s, an image is recorded while maintaining the speech quality, and a speech is made while maintaining the video recording quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
