POWER GENERATION PLANT CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a power generation plant controller which reduces the increase of running cost caused by the excess or deficiency of power transmission output due to the delay of response of a power generation plant behind a power transmission output command or a power transmission output pattern from a central power station, and further compensates the excess or deficiency of transmission power accompanying the change of the power transmission output within the compensation time of the power excess or deficiency with the other party of contract of electric power selling.

SOLUTION: The power generation plate controller 1 calculates the deviation between the power transmission command or the power transmission output pattern 200 from the central power station 9 and the power transmission output signal 201 from a power transmission output detector 8. It integrates deviation signals 202 with a computer 4, and an input device 3 modifies the power transmission command or the power transmission output pattern 200 with this integration results. A proportional computing element 2 calculates the deviation between the power transmission command or the power transmission output pattern 200 and the power transmission output signal 201, and makes a generator output command signal 12 thereby controlling a power plant 10.
