PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet expectations of a driver by performing shift control based on the driver's travel history and the traveling environment. SOLUTION: A control unit 1 for controlling the shift ratio of the automatic transmission based on the operating state of a vehicle calculates the travel history of travel on curves and winding roads, changes a target gear shift time based on the travel history, and performs shift control at gear shift to match the target gear shift time.
