PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, cheaply, and stably produce an easily deflected tubular container by molding an easily deflected tube without requiring equipment costs into a tubular container which can be used as a refilling container by a press welding method between flat surfaces. SOLUTION: The upper end part of the tube 2 of a bottomed tube 4 with the lower opening closed by a bottom plate 3 is molded into a outer collar-like curl part 5 by heating. Next, an annular synthetic resin shoulder part 6 outer-fitted to the tube 2 is press/welding-fixed to the curl part 5 on a welding end surface 8 which is an upper end surface to mold the tubular container 1 simply.
