<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable design evaluation using a simplified pre-production model, in conditions approximate to those of a finished product. <P>SOLUTION: Video information of a real space including a simplified pre-production 300 created, based on three-dimensional CAD data is obtained from a video input device 102. A position/attitude measuring device 205 measures the position and the attitude of the video input device 102 and the simplified prototype item 300, and an information processing device 400 obtains the position/attitude information of the simplified pre-production 300 in video acquired by the video input device 102, based on the measurement result. A three-dimensional computer graphic image is drawn so as to be superimposed on the prototype item 300 in the video acquired by the video input device 102, based on the position/posture information and the three-dimensional CAD data, and composite video of the video and the three-dimensional computer graphic image is output to a video display device 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
