PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust like material separator for a waste fluorescent lamp bulb constituted so as to transfer the broken pieces of the waste fluorescent lamp bulb to which a dust like material containing a powdery additive such as a mercury reaction accelerator used at the time of mercury removing treatment is bonded while applying vibration thereto to cool them and separating the dust like material from the broken pieces. SOLUTION: In this dust like material separator for the waste fluorescent lamp bulb for transferring the broken pieces 2 of the waste fluorescent lamp bulb to which the dust like material 1 containing the powdery additive is bonded to cool them and separating the dust like material 1 from the broken pieces 2, a closed case type vibration conveyor 3, which has a bottom plate 4c downward inclined toward a discharge port 4b from a charging port 4a to transfer the broken pieces 2 and the additive 1, is mounted on a base frame 6. The air blowing port 4d communicating with an air feed-in device 8 for blowing air upwardly in the transfer direction of the broken pieces 2 is provided to the bottom plate 4c of the vibration conveyor 3 and a screen 9 for preventing the falling of the broken pieces 2 is provided to the air blowing part 4d. A collision wall 4e, with which the broken pieces 2 scattered by air streams collide, is provided in front of the air blowing direction in the vibration conveyor 3. A suction port 4g having sucking action for sucking the dust like material 1 scattered by air streams is provided to the upper part on this side of the collision wall 4e of the vibration conveyor 3.
