摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem generated when counting radiations including scattered rays of low energy at the same time. SOLUTION: A detection time of aγ-ray is determined in aγ-ray signal processing part 60', based on aγ-ray detection signal output from a semiconductor radiation detector for detecting theγ-ray, and energy of theγ-ray. A correction value of the detection time corresponding to the energy of theγ-ray is acquired from a time correction table indicating a relation between the energy of theγ-ray and the correction value of the detection time of theγ-ray, based on the energy of theγ-ray, by a time correction circuit 70, the detection time is corrected based on the acquired correction value of the detection time, and the concurrent counting for theγ-ray is carried out based on a corrected detection time in a concurrent counting circuit 80.
