<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating suppressor of an image forming apparatus which effectively reduces a noise of the whole apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillating noise suppressor 100 of an image forming apparatus has a driving motor 1 and so on which is an oscillation source and it provides a structural member 6 which is equipped on the upper part of the oscillation source and constructed by an aminated damping steel sheet, a beam material 7a which is equipped between a supporting bracket 5a and the structural member 6, beam materials 7b and 7c which is equipped between a supporting bracket 5b and the structural member 6, a beam material 7d which is equipped between a box type frame 2(9D) and the structural member 6. The oscillation generated in each oscillation source is transmitted to the structural member 6 through the beam materials 7a, 7b, 7c which have almost similar natural frequency to the frequency of this oscillation and it is effectively absorbed in the structural member 6 which is constructed by the aminated damping steel sheet having almost similar natural frequency to the oscillation transmitted from the structural members 7a, 7b and 7c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
