<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manage a plurality of types of personal business cards while ensuring data integrity with paper business cards, appropriately manage target parties to which changes in business card information should be reflected, and accommodate even business card information and a personal address book managed by different entities. <P>SOLUTION: A business card information management system comprises a user data saving space 132 having an address book data saving area for associating and saving business card information about parties to business card exchange and a user's business card IDs given to the parties for business card exchange, and a career record saving area for associating and saving the user's business card information and the parties' business card IDs given for business card exchange; address book maintaining means 127 for, upon the update of the user's business card information, updating the user's business card information in the user data saving space and updating the user's business card information in update target users' user data saving spaces; and outputting means 128 for outputting the business card information in the user data saving space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
