PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle equipped with a table with small shock energy given to an occupant even at the time of collision. SOLUTION: A mounted member 36 of a hinge 13 of a table 14 is supported to mounting members 32, 33 of a main frame 31 of a seatback 3 of a seat 1 for a vehicle with a fastening means 35, and the mounted member 36 can be detached from the mounting members 32, 33 by a collision load applied to the table 14 from the occupant.
