The present invention discloses a processing method after privacy information of a target user equipment is modified. A location service system authenticates a location information request after aquiring modification of privacy information of the target user equipment. If said location information request is authenticated, the location service system continues processing said location information request until the flow of processing the location information request is ended, and if not, the location service system cancels the operation of processing said location information request. After the location service system acquires modification of privacy information of the target user equipment, the location service system will re-authenticate the location information request based on the modified privacy information of the target user equipment, perform corresponding processing dependent on the result of the authentication for the location information request, and perform cancellation of processing the unauthenticated location information request, according to the method proposed by the present invention. Therefore, the processing is ended earlier for the unauthenticated location information request to save system resource.
