<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for preparing a fish gelatin capsule. <P>SOLUTION: This process for preparing the fish gelatin capsule comprises the following processes. (i) A process of preparing a mixed solution of pectin and glycerol. (ii) A process of adding the mixed solution into a solubilized fish gelatin solution. (iii) A process of adding a small amount of calcium gluconate, sucrose fatty acid ester and glacial acetic acid into the mixture.
