HERMETIC COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF TWO MEMBERS OF DIFFERENT MATERIAL AND ITS COMBINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic combination structure of two members of different material and its combination method, the combination accuracy and hermetic performance of which are high. SOLUTION: The hermetic combination is constituted so that a combination member is fitted with a cylindrical combination member of different material wherein either softer material of the members is made to plastically deform at the hermetic combination, and both the members are provided with a contact surface facing an axial direction with plastic deformation and elastic deformation pressure. Either one soft member positioning on the periphery of circumference intrudes into another combination member with the local deformation and the elastic deformation pressure enclosing the elastic deformation pressure of the axial direction above described.
