PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorful and safe kitchen knife with which exchange is performed into a replaceable blade when the blade of a kitchen knife body becomes dull and the replaceable blade is folded so as to store its point in a handle part for miniaturization, which is covered with a safety cover to eliminate danger, whose handle part or the safety cover are made of plastic or wood from a hygiene standpoint, and where words or characters can be written and pictures or photographs can be stuck. SOLUTION: The kitchen knife body includes: a replaceable blade part; a stopper part for folding; the handle part; and the safety cover. The replaceable blade attached to the stopper part for folding is exchangeable without edging after the kitchen knife becomes dull. The stopper part for folding is folded with a set screw or a hinge.
