摘要 FIELD: water supply systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing of water tap or valve with seat threaded socket for permanent securing of the valving mechanism and short-term locking the guiding branch pipe with the ring collar that embraces water inlet opening. The collar is in a contact with the seal of the valve of the valving mechanism when the seat threaded socket, ring collar, and water outlet passage are axially aligned. The outer face flat surface of the guiding branch pipe is perpendicular to its inner cylindrical surface. The spindle is mounted inside the housing for permitting specified axial movements and reverse rotation. The spindle has a cylindrical part that is mating to inner cylindrical surface of the guiding pipe. The metal-working head is used for removing defect metal layer from the face of the ring collar. The outer threaded cylindrical part of the spindle is provided with the movable arrester of axial movement of spindle made of special nut with through threaded radial opening. The opening receives the stop screw. The face flat surfaces of the special nut are perpendicular to the axis of the spindle. The diameter of the metal-working head is greater than the outer diameter of the ring collar. The face surface of the metal working head is perpendicular to the inner cylindrical part of the spindle. The spindle has shank for connecting to the driving means. The outer threaded cylindrical part of the spindle is provided with longitudinal passages. The passages are at the same distance one from the other and can be introduced into the spaces of the longitudinal passages of the head of the locking screw and can be locked by means of a special nut in this position. The depth of the longitudinal passages exceeds the height of the thread profile on the outer threaded cylindrical part of the spindle. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability and prolonged service life. ^ 3 cl, 12 dwg
