FIELD: automotive industry; hood lock. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed front part of vehicle body contains hood rigidly coupled with hood lock retainer 9 on which plate 10 is fitted on contact with hood strengthener 6, upper cup 11 and lower cup 12 with spring 13 in between and also closing mechanism coupled with body and containing socket to receive at least lock retainer 9 and fixing element 23. Upper cup 11 thrusts against plate 10 in contact with strengthener 6 of hood, and it has cylindrical section 20 with inner thread coupled with mating section of lock retainer 9. Hole is made in socket body to accommodate section of fixing element 23 of hood made to thrust against support flat 17 of lock retainer 9. With hood closed, lower peripheral section 31 of said body of socket is located lower than support flat 17 of hood lock retainer 9. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of vehicle hood lock. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg |
