The invention concerns compounds selected from the set consisting of (i) compounds of formula (I) in which: X represents a halogen atom or a methyl group; A represents a -N(R3)-CO or -CO-N(R3)- group; B represents- a single bond, -CH2- or -CH2-O-; R1 represents H, a C1-C3 alkyl group, or a CF3 group; R2 and R3 each represent independently H or a C1-C3 alkyl group; W represents CH or N; n represents 2, 3, 4 or 5; and (ii) the additive salts. The invention also concerns their method of preparation and their therapeutic use, particularly with regard to pathologies involving bradykinine.
