PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment and detachment of a case for filter replacement by improving an attachment position of a case storing an oil filter element therein, to carry out oil cooling by air cooling effect of traveling air by devising an oil cooler attachment position, and to level pressure of oil supplied to each bearing part and cooling of the each bearing part by devising an oil supply position to a main gallery. SOLUTION: In a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, the oil filter is attached on a side surface of the internal combustion engine, the oil cooler and a balancer are attached at a front center part of the internal combustion engine, and oil discharged from the oil cooler is introduced to a roughly center part of the main gallery.
