A "U" shaped steel foot is axially mounted on the wheel axle mounted on a picnic table leg for the purpose of ease of relocation by wheeling to another site. The steel foo t freely pivots from a stored position to make contact with the ground. A push from the opposite si de of the table induces the foot to rotate which action causes the wheel to be lifted free o f the ground. A pull on the table from said opposite side will induce the foot to rotate and allow t he wheel to make contact with the ground where said foot is placed by hand in the stored position and secured by a turn button or any spring loaded holding device.
