A fluid leak preventive packing integrated with a closed cylinder is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts, and to prevent fluid leakage by increasing sealing force of the cylinder in moving the cylinder. A fluid leak preventive packing(100) restricts fluid leakage from a closed cylinder in supporting and moving a piston, and comprises a packing body(110) and an auxiliary packing(120). The packing body comprises a protruded annular sill made of elastic material and protruded in an upper part of the body, a penetration hole(112) penetrating the center of the body, an inner inclined annular sill(113) protruded, inclined and placed in an inner periphery of the penetration hole, a cut part(114) formed by partially opening the protruded annular sill, a couple of outer inclined annular sills(115) protruded and inclined in an outer periphery, and a fitting groove formed around the penetration hole. The auxiliary packing is composed of a fitting protruded sill detachably combined with the fitting groove, and a penetration hole communicated with the penetration hole of the packing body.
