PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the portable information communication device which allows its die life to be extended, a visibility of a light emitting element (LED) to be improved and an ease of assembling to be improved. SOLUTION: The device comprises a front case 2 having a hole or a recess part at a peripheral part of an empty space, a rear case 3 which engages with the front case and has the hole or the recess part at the peripheral part of the empty space and an engagement member 4 which covers, from the outside, an entire or a part of the empty spaces and the peripheral part of the empty space of the front case and the rear case while hooks 6A, 6B are provided on the inside corresponding to the hole and the recess part of the front case and the rear case so that the front case and the rear case are engaged together.
