PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently uniformize the inside temperature without using an inside air fan. SOLUTION: The natural convection type oven comprises an oven main body 4 having a heat insulating material 3 interposed between an outer case 1 and an inner case 2, a door main body 5 provided in a front opening part of the oven main body 4 to freely open/ close, and an exhaust duct 6 provided in a back face part. In the oven, an upper fire heater 7 is provided outside a ceiling plate of the inner case 2, and a lower fire heater 9 is provided outside a lower fire heater cover 8. A front opening part 8a of the lower fire heater cover 8 is provided. Thus, the oven is hard to be influenced by outside air from the door part, and natural convection from the front face side to the back face side of the oven occurs by virtue of the exhaust duct 6 provided on the back face so that the inside temperature can be kept uniformly.
