VIBRATION ISOLATION STRUCTURE FOR TRACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation structure for a track which is easy to install, and free from a fear of hindering traveling of a train. SOLUTION: In installation of the vibration isolation structure for the track, a sleeper 4 under a pair of railroad rails 6 is slightly lifted and a laminated sheet 3 formed of a vibration control sheet 1 and a shape retaining film 2 is inserted into a gap between the sleeper 4 and a pair of steel girders 5 under the same, such that the vibration control sheet 1 is arranged on the side of the sleeper 4. Thereafter the sleeper 4 and the steel girders 5 are secured to each other by fastening tools. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
