PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a gel sheet for bleaching, not requiring high-temperature treatment when forming the gel, capable of being stably held even by being formulated with an ascorbic acid derivative in high concentration, having high adhesion to the surface of the skin, also having a range of application in a neutral to weak-acid pH range at which irritancy to the skin is little, easily exhibiting the effects of the ascorbic acid derivative by being pasted on the skin. SOLUTION: This gel sheet for bleaching is constituted of a macromolecular gel sheet comprising at least a crosslinked body of an anionic water-soluble macromolecular compound obtained by polymerizing acrylic acid or a derivative thereof followed by crosslinking the polymerized product by using a polyvalent cationic compound, a solvent containing water, and trimethylglycine, whose content is regulated to be 10-200 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. ascorbic acid derivative.
