<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet which turns on a light automatically when an earthquake etc. occur in the dark. <P>SOLUTION: The switch of an iron round rod hangs down in the center of the outlet at rest and is disconnected to electricity at ordinary time. If it vibrates in an earthquake etc., it oscillates like a pendulum and comes in contact with circular metal terminals in the periphery to lead electricity and turn on the light.
