CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD, SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM, AND INTEGRATED PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical substance management method not needing to actually perform a quantitative analysis every time a request for investigation of a chemical substance is made.

SOLUTION: In this chemical substance management method, a computer executes processes for: extracting material data used in an investigation target product of the chemical substance by use of a unit requirement master 25 defining a physical unit price per prescribed unit of the product or work; calculating a use amount of a specific chemical substance contained in the material on the basis of an MSDS (chemical material safety data sheet) database 11; extracting an analysis numerical value of a volatile component contained in the investigation target product from a volatile component analysis numerical value database 12; and preparing an investigation report on the basis of extracted analysis numerical value data on the volatile component and data on the calculated use amount of the specific chemical substance. The chemical substance management method is also used to a process for performing process development to an order in a process until the unit requirement master 25 receives each information about a customer order and an estimated order and produces delivery time answer information.
