COLOR CONVERSION LAYER AND LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE

Disclosed is a color conversion layer which is capable of efficiently converting lights from a light-emitting body into lights including those having longer wavelengths. The color conversion layer experiences less deterioration and has long life. The color conversion layer comprises a phosphor having a function to convert a light emitted from a light-emitting body into a light having a longer wavelength, and has a haze value (turbidity) of 50-95%. Since this color conversion layer is capable of efficient color conversion of lights, the color conversion layer can be made thinner, thereby improving workability in patterning and the like.
