<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which restrains production of paper documents and enables an insurance company and an agent of an insurance company, to efficiently conduct business concerning insurance sales business. <P>SOLUTION: An insurance business support system 10 is provided with a center server 11, a plurality of insurance company servers 12 connected to the center server 11 and a plurality of agent terminals 13. The center servers 11 is provided with; a storage means that stores information on insurance products which is transmitted from each of the insurance company servers 12; a means which transmits the information on the insurance products to each of the agent terminals 13; a means which transmits application forms for the insurance products, when requests for applications for specific insurance products are transmitted from the agent terminals 13, and promotes the input of necessary customer information; a means which forwards the application information transmitted from the agent terminals 13 to the insurance company servers 12, and inquiries whether the applications for the insurance are acceptable; and a means which forwards the result information transmitted from the insurance company servers 12 to the agent terminals 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
