PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral type garden deck capable of collecting and storing rainwater, and reusing it for sprinkling in regard to a conventional garden deck wherein a floor board is just a pedestal for placing planters and pots. SOLUTION: Water spilled when sprinkling water on planters, pots, or the like, and fallen rain are received by the floor board.
