PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively develop a double floor having high sound insulating performance, and easy in job site control, without increasing a kind of material to be used. SOLUTION: A particle board is doubly stuck on a floor support tool arranged on a lower floor, and a finishing material is stuck on the board. The sound insulating performance is improved by doubly sticking the particle board, and the particle board is an inexpensive material, to largely reduce cost, and to also solve the problem of becoming various kinds and a large quantity in waste materials, since the job site control becomes complicated by an increase in the kind of material.
