PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform photographing at optimum timing decided by will of a photographing person in photographing performed by setting a portable telephone set with camera in an appropriate position. SOLUTION: The telephone set with camera is provided with an operation input means for instructing an incoming photographing mode, a mode control means for setting the incoming photographing mode in accordance with a command of the incoming photographing mode and refusing an incoming call, an incoming photographing preparation means for setting a telephone number acquired at the incoming photographing mode in an incoming number and setting a mail address in a transmission destination, a mode correction means for permitting the incoming call from the incoming number at an incoming refusing mode, and an incoming photographing control means for performing camera photographing in accordance with the incoming call from the incoming number and transmitting image data to a transmission destination.
