摘要 PURPOSE: A Kimchi storehouse containing an acidity sensor to measure the acidity in air in a Kimchi storehouse and continue the maturing until a suitable acidity is reached is provided. Whereby, maturing is exactly controlled without being influenced by a maturing progress state of Kimchi, a salinity state of Kimchi spices and Kimchi material. CONSTITUTION: The controlling method comprises: determining whether a maturing mode of a micom is selected; performing a storing mode in the case wherein it is not the maturing mode; measuring an acidity at an acidity sensing part in the case wherein an operation mode of a system is determined as the maturing mode; determining the measured acidity and standard acidity; operating in the case wherein the measured acidity is larger than the standard acidity and then circulating after measuring the acidity again; and performing a storing mode in the case wherein the measured acidity is not larger than the standard acidity.
