PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for safely transmitting information to be printed to a printing apparatus and a printing apparatus for printing information received from the information processor.

SOLUTION: The information processor for transmitting print data to a printing apparatus connected through a network is provided with a cipher key generating means for generating a cipher key for encrypting print data based on unique information being a fixedly determined value which is unique to the printing apparatus and an encrypting means for encrypting at least a part of print data based on the cipher key generated by the cipher key generating means, wherein the print data encrypted by the encrypting means is transmitted to the printing apparatus.
