PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which can be fixed without being coated with a large amount of oil or without being coated with the oil at all and has excellent low-temperature fixability and high-temperature resistant offset property. SOLUTION: The toner has at least a binder resin and a coloring agent, wherein the binder resin contains a hybrid resin prepared by addition polymerization of a vinyl monomer to an unsaturated polyester resin composed of an aliphatic carboxylic acid having aliphatic alcohol and unsaturated double bonds and an aromatic carboxylic acid.
