PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable laminate excellent in gas barrier properties and dynamic physical properties from polylactic acid and another biodegradable polymer by solving the problem related to the gas barrier properties of polylactic acid. SOLUTION: The biodegradable laminate has a laminated structure composed of a layer comprising polylactic acid and a layer comprising a polyoxalate represented by the chemical formula (wherein R is an alkylene group which may contain a branched structure or an alicyclic structure and has 3-12 carbon atoms in its main chain and n is a positive integer). In a preferable embodiment, the number average molecular weight of polylactic acid is 20,000-500,000 and the number average molecular weight of the polyoxalate is 20,000-70,000.
