APPARATUS FOR HEATING BABY FORMULA POT AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME

A milk pot heating device and an operation method thereof are provided to mix powdered milk with hot water quickly by boiling water in a milk pot with a hot plate and cooling water in the milk pot with a cooling fan. A milk pot heating device(10) for heating a milk pot is composed of a case(11), a hot plate(12) arranged in the case to load the milk pot filled with water, a cooling fan(13) arranged in the case to cool the milk pot, and a control unit. Water in the milk pot is heated by actuating the hot plate with the control unit. Water in the milk pot is cooled by the cooling fan in stopping operation of the hot plate by the control unit. The hot plate is operated by the control unit to keep water in the milk pot warm. The amount of water is calculated according to the temperature increase rate of water in the milk pot while heating water, and the optimal cooling time is calculated based on the water amount. The cooling fan is operated by the control unit corresponding to the optimal cooling time.
